I would recommend this method of training to others who require
The programme is easy to follow and understand whatever the background of the audience. It focuses on the most important points and gives the opportunity to test comprehension before the end with a question between sections
easy to watch with clear visual steps to follow and if you didn't quite understand you can repeat.
Useful to take time out and think about these things properly
This course is good because everything in it is for our own good and will not only come in handy at work but at home, in the garden or whilst out and about too. Enjoyed doing them all.

For some people practical hands on training may be a better way of learning.
