Very good use of video and written instruction. Made information very easy to take. Unfortunately I have held manual handling courses myself so felt like I was cheating a little bit
As a spinal condition sufferer, I do not lift any heavy objects (heavier than a briefcase). The advice that you should push a trolley rather than pull it is not good in my case. Pushing a trolley causes more back pain, pulling it is OK. Try pushing a trolley up small steps or through loose gravel - much better to pull it to reduce pressure on the spine.
