Lifting a 10kg school bag puts a 100kg load on a 20kg child. Something to think about by school book manufacturers, teachers and parents. I am not quite sure why twisting your body is allowed when carrying a load by two people - instead of lifting a table behind your back and then walking as with a single load. The use of additional lifting equipment like shoulder straps is not explained. I have never come across a trolley with handles higher than 130cm in moving position (height of my waist), except oxygen bottle trolleys. When lifting from head height consider a low ceiling before using a step.
