A very easy programme to follow it was very good.

Hi, it's always a trying time when taking a resit or review, however its amazing what we do and what we should do! The short course is a good reminder of what we should be doing not only at home or work but everywhere, a well put together course, thankyou.

The training is clear, concise and helpful. The presenter had clear narration and the information was broken down into relevant, concise sections that made sense. The graphics/ examples were clear and good to watch and they were used in good places and there weren't too many. I'd recommend this training to be used by all... Well done!!

Very easy and clear content to follow.

Simple easy instruction. Can be learned in stages if you work in a busy environment, being able to pause and go back to the video at any time.
