Very good and simple

Verry good diagrams and informatiom

4/5
very repetative, mostly common sense

impossible to hear, used sub titles. Extremely dull and long winded. Info could be much more punchy and concise.

A very good broad and in depth presentation on Manual Handling. Does not just focus on the workplace which I think is something we all need reminding of that manual handling should be thought of in everyday life and not just work

4/5
Easy to follow

As I had no headset I followed the subtitles as mentioned above easy to follow.I thought the summary at the end of each sequence a good "aide memoir"I think that the training session covered all the aspects required for the office environment and set out the principles in a practical manner.

4/5
Explained clearly- easy to understand

I felt the programme was very clear and helpful in understanding safe lifting. The videos were a bit long, and drawn out. I feel these could be shorter or condensed. Other than that it was really informative.
