WELL PRESENTED AND EDUCATIONAL

I have been using this interactive DVD for in-house training for 18 months and have found that the whole workforce find it user friendly and easy to navigate. I personally have utilised the DVD's content to write paper copy toolbox talks and Manual Handling Questionnaires.The Certificate of Achievement is useful evidence for personal training folders and audits. However, one development that would save some internal time would be to highlight what the achievement was. The current certificate does not tell you that it is for 'Manual Handling in the Workplace'. We insert this comment ourselves in the blank box to the bottom left of the certificate. Apart from this - All good.

Previously I had a half day course to cover what this program did in 35 mins

We all become a little complacent, it was a good programme to refresh my manual handling skills and hopefully save my back from injury.

Clear and concise training which provided critical information with regard to manual handling

Could maybe have more shown examples to watch, especially with very heavy loads.

Excellent way to complete a refresher course. I was able to complete the course at my own pace. Thank-you.

I learnt more than i expected and it was very easy to follow all the steps including the test

For this sort of subject, I just cannot agree that there is any substitute for practical training (yes, I have now had both!)
