Very easy programme to follow, training relevant to all aspects of life not just work. Anyone who completes the training and puts it properly into practice when carrying out any manual handling activities should be confident that they can complete the task safely.
INFORMATIVE
This training programme is useful for knowing safe ways to lift items around the house and keeps us up to date with current thinking and legislation. However I would prefer to do a proper training course with others who will discuss their experiences and ask questions. I also would like to do the practical side of things so I know I am doing things correctly! Practical experience is important for this type of course.
