Really good to understand and great information and understanding of looking after your back.
again stating the obvious but we all forget to put it into practice, liked the pictures showing the stresses on the spine, helped put it into perspective how much stress we put on our back
easy to access training course, can complete in own time without pressure.
As far as it goes the training is informative and easy to follow. As a nurse though it doesn't cover handlin g people who are very awkward shapes and sometimes uncooperative and / or vulnerable. Whilst the basic principles apply extra guidance in this area would be ideal. Having said that though the presentation is lively and interesting.
The manual handling programme,is very good for staff at work so that they know what to do.
I enjoyed the e-learning training, it was easy to follow and informative.
I learnt a lot from this training programme - for both work and home.
