I was not looking forward to the training as the subject is a little bit dry but I enjoyed it. More than that I felt that I was able to take some information from it which should be the aim of any online course.

Excellent introduction to Manual Handling

VERY GOOD PROGRAM, VERY PRECISE AND EASY TO FOLLOW.

The training made me re think how I pick up items and move items. It was well presented and interesting, or as interesting as it can be. It did make me think about how to do things correctly.

As this training is done at the work place my experience was i was having to be interrupted on a couple of occasions during the training sessions which were important work related reasons

Training is well explained, I especially liked the personal stories they help to reinforce messages and help to show the real risks encountered in everyday situations.

Quite a long training session on a dry subject matter

Everyday guidance that clarifies manual handling in a working environment.

I would definately recommend

Very good training. The only thing I would say is it is a bit long. If it could be condensed slightly it would be perfect!
