very helpful, enjoyable programme.

dont understand why it has to take 35 mins as my video didnt launch so i read subtitles and was finished in 15 minutes as i read fast so there should be no time constraints on it

I thought this programme was very good and definitely exceeded my expectations. The only suggestion i have is maybe to have questions in which someone is given a situation where they have to put LITE into practice themselves, similar to the DLA's training for taking your theory. Other than that it was interactive and therefore interesting as well as informative.

The programme was well laid out and simple to follow, the videos explained things well and were very good. The quality of the overall programme was, in my opinion, very good. I would recommend this programme and am glad to have taken part in it, I have learnt a lot from doing it.

I found the training to be clear and precise. The dangers of bad practice were highlighting and one was instructed to maintain good manual handling practice at all times and not just in the workplace.

INFORMATIVE AND RELEVANT

Information is well structured and relevant to both workplace and home life. It is just about the right length of time, but I think the layout of how you move through the material is not as intuitive as it could be i.e. having to 'go back' rather than moving forward all the time.
