Only passed this because I had done similar ones before. Had no provision for subtitles which was very poor.

Good narrative track, no video. Not sure if this was intentional or problem displaying on my system. Graphics would have made things easier to understand

It helped me to appreciate the importance of correct Manual Handling in the workplace.

It would be better if it could be compacted into a slightly shorter time frame, say 30mins if this is possible. Otherwise good quality information and reasons why we should follow manual handling techniques.

Much of the training I had covered before but it was a useful update.

Covered the basics thoroughly. But anyone regularly lifting - such as the nurse example - would need more detailed techniques. I fell that the actual information could have been covered in five or ten minutes.
