It was overall an extremely useful and interesting programme relevant to both the workplace and outside the workplace. For me the fexibility of the programme is ideal as it is so easy to break off throughout it without impacting on any aspect of it.

Found this very helpful & informative. Especially enjoyed the section regarding how the back works and how it can be damaged by not using the correct manual handling techniques.

Covering the same stuff in a classroom environment with multiple attendees would have taken half a day.

Maybe the narrator could be change for different modules as the same voice makes it boring
