Nice mix of video, text, quiz and final test. An easy to understand course about the general nature of safer manual handling of loads
Good simple course straight to the point, with good informative video clips and excellent graphics and finally bulleted information to show the learner what your trying to get across and cover all learning styles. Nearly missed though some of the continuation points at the bottom of the slide as apposed to clicking on the next button on the middle right. Is it not always best to try and get the load in to final position if possible than having to re-adjust later?
The course is easy to follow, goes at a good speed, only gives information needed
I do have a tendency to suffer with back problems so this will help to avoid further problems and stop it from getting worse,

It showed me how to safely carry out manual handling in different settings using appropriate techniques
