not to bad just wemt on a little to long

I thought the programme was very well organized, and delivered very well. The sections were adequate and not over bearing, the material was simple to understand and follow.

Clear concise, informative, continually tested throughout the programme.

Despite having very fast fibre broadband, the pages took a very long time to load, took am hour not 35 mins to complete. Cours content Ok I suppose.

Very simple to follow, common sense training module.

the explanation before the test is very well to the point and general in a way that anyone can understand. This is a good programme not only for work but for day to day living

I found the course very useful, certain everyday activities i took for granted, now i am more aware.

I thought it was a very good course and well organised . The presenter was very clear in explaining the do's and dont's as regards looking after one's back.

Very good and I am very happy that I did this.
