Food for thought.
This was easily understandable and covered all relevant aspects to ensure personal safety.
The programme was very easy to sue, really enjoyed. The videos and and animation were spot on. And I would recomend this to anybody wishing to take there manual handling.
Clear subtitles, but I got no graphics
as above
I really enjoyed completing this training. It was not just focused around a work environment and looked at lifting generally. It covered what may happen when an injury occurs however having had recent experience of a back injury would have now liked it to focus on how to aid back injuries to heal and so that they do not occur again!! As we know with life's demands it is not always easy to say 'no' or to not get on and do a task.
The programme was well set out and easy to work through in one session within the estimated timescale provided.
Manual handling issues in the workplace especially has been a difficult subject to impliment, although staff are given handling training they soon go back to bad habbits, I like the way this program brings home the point without being "in your face", all the staff discuss thier score at the end and I find it entertaining to see how competative they can be, less than 100% is not good enough! I ONLY got 95% and have been kicking myself ever since... point being if they know the answers they have taken it all in. Well done.
on the trolley question I got the answer wrong the correct answer should surely be dependent on the size of the trolley ie the length of the handle.
very explanatory
