clear instructions easy to follow

The programme material was good, but 35 minutes is a bit tedious. The test at the end froze a couple of times and would not accept the answers. I ended up clicking a wrong answer because the quiz was not responding, then it froze again and I refreshed the page, but the answer had moved position in the list and I clicked the space where the correct answer was last time, this resulted in another incorrect answer. overall good though

As far as manual handling goes it was good.

Lots of useful information, cleverly summarised and easy to memorise.

really enjoyed doing this course as you can sit down and go at your own pace. If you get stuck you can go back and read every thing again and you are not rushed.

Pace was good, very useful information and very clearly delivered!

Enjoyed completing this training as it was done via computer. I have attended many manual handling training days and often found them boring and some information given was unnecessary. However this training was enjoyable as information given was accurate and interesting, you were able to work at your own pace and completing a test at the end was beneficial.
