The training had the right amount of recapping and re-phrasing for me. I also appreciated the subtitles so that I did not have to disturb colleagues near my desk.

SIMPLE AND TO THE POINT, KEPT TO THE NECESSARY POINTS AND DID NOT OVERLOAD WITH TOO MUCH INFORMATION
Manual handling is mostly common sense but its good to have the techniques explained and makes you aware that extra thought is sometimes required for every day situations. All information provided in the training programme was easy to take on board and will hopefully prevent any future back injuries.
