I found some of the information to be of interest but a large amount of it was well known and very obvious to me. The test at the end asked me the same question more than once so no wonder I got 100%! The information about the weight on the back being 10 times great than the weight of the object was very interesting.

The DVD was clear, well designed and concise.
This training was similar to others I have completed in the past so nothing particularly new. I think it was a useful reminder of how to carry loads etc and especially the reminder to consider whether a load some be moved at all if it is unsafe to do so.
