I found the course very informative and clear.
Re-focuses the mind on an important subject which is often taken for granted.
Your back is important for your life, you need to consider it whenever you are planning to lift something. Do the LITE assessment, Get help if needed. Everytime you are sitting, think about your back (spinal disks no curves, use legs rather than back - no twist-- Since now watch out !
Information could be condensed to make the course shorter.
Very good training aid for anyone who has not had any manual handling training.

Covered all the basics and I learnt something new
DVD could make subject more interesting but it's ok - because DVD is a little dull noises in room especially knocks at door are more interesting but a distraction
I took a lot from this to take into not only my work but my everyday life
Having completed manual handling training in a previous role I found that this guide was a lot more informative about the subject matter.
