A GOOD QUICK COURSE TO DO WITH A LOT OF GOOD TIPS AND REMINDERS IN IT .TELLS YOU WHAT IS IMPORTANT
I thought I knew all about lifting. I was wrong
It was informative and interesting and I felt it explained how not following manual handling would be bad for your health very well.
The programme was easy to use and informative. It explained things well without being patronising especially when some aspects are common sense. There was the option to complete the course in sections which was convenient during a busy work schedule.
I thought this this programme was a good refresher on manual handling
