There was no mention about carring liquids which would slush about making the load unstable.
The course is very informative and timing is about right to ensure maximum concentration

Perfectly adequate online training with the advantages and drawbacks that they entail. Definitely feel I'm training to pass a test rather than manually handle well despite being given straightforward understandable advice.And much as I have questions over anecdotes within trainings, this is an area where hearing some personal experiences could well help.
Thought this an excellent short course, appropriate as a refresher to remind and update those who've done manual handling course/es previously.Great for helping people keep up good practice and not become lax. Especially liked the multiple choice quiz at the end.
