Will put in to practice immediately. Video helpful.
Where does all this H&S end. I don't think I learned anything new
covers all aspects of lifting. explains how the back work and the dangers of lifting incorrectly.
The information provided is good quality and presented well but there are no video controls to pause/rewind in case someone interrupts you during training
Makes you focus on an extremely important issue. Some things are obvious but only obvious after you have watch and listened.
like the ability to refresh each section if you forget any parts.
Well presented, clear and easy to follow supported by good visual material and summary captions.
A good reminder that you need to be aware of good posture and moving and handling techniques in every environment
It was well produced, easy to follow, and made you think! Particularly telling you to test the weight before attempting to move. Also to use the palms of your hands and to hold closely to body. It also made an impression on splitting up packages, something you don't tend to think to do. Why not?! it was also useful to see the diagrams of how the back works and the spinal structure.
The programme was very helpful in reminding you the basic's and the safest way to carry out your work properly with out causing any serious injuries.
