Again, great programme
this programme has shown me how to lift objects in a safe manner, this information will come in really handy as i am 6ft 4" tall and suffer occasional back discomfort. i found this programme quick and easy to follow and to the point.
I thought that both of the courses were very well done. they were explained very clearly and made you realize the effects of not doing things without assessing the different situations.
