A very good tuition of manual handling
I am a teacher of the alexander technique- this course is good and clear and the models demonstrating the lifts appear to have good patterns of movement although i would suggest keeping both feet firmly on the floor, not having one foot raised prior to lifting the load
The Health and Safety aspect highlighted allows us to think consciously about how we handle loads and how it effects us on an individual and organisational viewpoint. I found it useful as reminders inculcate your thinking and ensuring we seek help when required.
Really enlightening course and reminded me of a lot of simple good practises. It would be good to have this presentation to show the family.

The videos are simple, personally I preferred reading the transcripts, overall an easy course to read and navigate. The questions in the learning videos are also very useful as they make sure your taking in the information, and if you do get it wrong it goes back over it. All in all very good!
Very informative

It concerns me that the course doesn’t make it clear that boxes should be lifted from the underside in case the box splits mid lift and a sudden change of load and injury could easily occur. Is this something you can address?
