Very informative, makes you aware of how fragile our bodies are. The only downside was the sound quality - at some stages the sound of breaking down

A bit slow and not designed to be entertaining

Thought the introduction from the two study cases were a too long, but understand that there needs to be an example!

I thought the content was good but the Continual NVC's (body language) of the commentator s hands was very offputting. I found myself counting the number times his hands showed the "i'm giving this to you signals" made me loose focus.

Excellent course, everybody in all walks of life should be aware how easy it is to cause injury to themselves through mishandling items in their day to day lives.

Oveerall a very good course, but the video tracts jumb at bit, other than that I found the contents good and to the point delivered in a way that is not confusing. The methodology is shoen to be very transferable from office based to workshop based. A good addition to any on line training course package.

Better than having to sit through a whole days course!

As someone who has sustained a herniated disc in the past, I may well have been spared an operation and several weeks of immobility if I'd seen this first.
