Lots of useful information

Information is delivered in a logical manner. Useful tips for all scenarios. Reviewed the information on answering question incorrectly on position of trolley handle when pushing a trolley, and still think my interpretation of the information was correct in that the trolley handle was shown at waist height; not at waist-to-shoulder height as the correct answer

Covered the baic elements well enough but very repetitive and too long

useful as i could do it at work

It was really good to be able to do the manual handling during my work hours and it took only 1 hour to complete. it was useful in the sense of reminding yourself how important it is to look after your back as you need it for the rest of your life. I have two small children and i do lift them a lot therefore it is really important for me to be careful.

excellent refresher training for all

A very good training course covering all the points it takes others half a day to do?

Very informative and clear explained!

Very informative and clear explained, explained a lot about a topic that I didn't know anything about.

a very enjoyable, well explained course.

A very good course, easy to understand with the chance to repeat each section for revision. Good practical advice using day to day examples.

Useful, but unentertaining

I found a few things in this training programme interesting - such as the facts about our spines - but the majority of the programme was rather dull and a little patronising at times.
