It was very easy to follow and wasn't too long
The test was Imformative and very detailed points
It certainly makes you think about your day to day actions.
Its good to know that there is a right and wrong way of doing things, something Ican take away from here and use elsewhere ie in the home.
Although we all do manual handling on a regular basis, whether at home or at work, it's useful to have a reminder of the safest ways to do it to avoid injury.
As an on-line course I found it useful for me in my everyday life. especially since I have a long standing back problem. However, I cant help feeling this on-line course is a bit of a cop-out by our company. I would have preferred this course to have been a 'real time' course.
