Good programme. Clear and concise. Easy to understand.

A clear guide to manual handling with a good balance of visuals, narration and text. Good summary text at the end of each section which high lights and reinforces key points. A very good training resource that enables flexible training.

Commentator could have a more upbeat voice to maintain interest - otherwise a good training video

I found the programme to be very informative and helpful, the programme will aid me not only at work but at home and when I am out and about.

Although I have had manual handling training and refreshers regularly throughout my working life I am in a job that all my learners need this training and this is a cost effective way to deliver this.

The training is will presented and laid out in a way that is clear and easy to understand. The audio and visual training methods as well as the summary at the end of each module means that information is easily understood and absorbed without seeming too repetitive.

Ideal for all. Useful for putting into action at home in work and in general day to day life.
