visuals helped with the learning process

Training was good but please can you normalise the sound. I was constantly having to adjust the volume when starting a new section, where the sound levels were not mastered properly. Thanks

Good to refresh skills that should be quite obvious but many of us forget or choose to ignore

A good refresher of things that I know, but need to practise more in day to day situations. I did learn a few more facts that I was unaware of.

The training program was easy to use and quick to complete. Video presentations were brief and to the point with a written recap at the end when needed to help take in the infomation

I think its the best way to train and also cost effective as we can do this at our own time and did not have to spend tie on our busy schedule.so I really think its best

I only got marked at 95% despite getting all questions correct!

This short course contained a good essential summary of manual handling advice and techniques. Having the written summary pop up at the end of each section was also a help as it reinforced the information given in the video clips.

Informative and easy.

This DVD really makes you think about how easy it could be to serious damage. Well worth a watching.
