Was worth the time, I thought it would be boring 😊

But I found it pretty good and tips about lifting was pretty good and the new look hazard signs 😊 well worth it 😊

A very helpful online course explaining good practice with regard to lifting and moving heavy objects. There are diagrams and actors are used as well. The dangers of lifting a heavy object without careful consideration of all the safety factors involved are very clearly explained. The course includes an online multiple choice test to check that the information has been retained.

Concise and informative

Mainly office based, would have preferred a bit more warehouse, construction elements etc

A clear guide to how to keep yourslef safe from injury while in the workplace but also using techniques that should be used at all times when lift and carrying.

Good to catch on a lot of stuff that I was beginning to take for granted, generally good reminder.
