THE TRAINING PROGRAM WAS GOOD . EXPLAINED WELL AND IN LAYMANS TERMS. ONLY BUG BEAR WAS THAT THE PICTURE WAS OF POOR QUALITY, BUT THAT COOULD BE DOWN TO THE COMPUTOR I WAS USING
A clear and precise iNSET. As i am nearing retirement age I have knee problems rather than back problems so bending at the knees makes me unstable so perhaps some help with this would be appreciated.
Would recommend to all, regardless of their need at work to lift heavy items.
Good refresher course on the correct procedures for lifting and moving loads.
