Clear, well produced and well presented.

A very good example of online training where the learning units are clear and short, well-presented and easy to follow. The menu and screen navigation is also good. The exit from the course could be slightly improved as it is not quite clear when you have produced a certificate that you should click exit - there is an expectation this will be handled for you. Overall an excellent piece of work.

I found the training informative and useful.

5/5
Clear, spoken aloud and written down

Very clear, accessible for everyone. Addressed not only how, but why it is important. Test was easy to complete but tested a random selection to ensure you paid attention to all the details. Relevant to all parts of life.

useful course. Worth 35 mins of my time

I can now carry out manual handling activities with the confidence that i know the correct techniques.

5/5
Informative and useful

Although a lot of it is based on common sense, the course does include some information you probably haven't thought about. It drops in a few facts, and although they are relatively irrelevant when it comes to the course, it's always good to know. It's not too long, so can be done when your workload becomes quiet, and the videos keep you entertained.

Provides a concise method to follow any manual handling requirement.

5/5
informative and useful in everyday life

Well presented, easy to follow, not overloaded with irrelevant facts and figures. Ability to view at own pace and revisit sections prior to its conclusion. A necessity for any company's staff.

found it ran a little slowly

thorough on the basics; would have liked possibly some case studies and perhaps some H&S guidelines on workplace support and management
