Despite having very fast fibre broadband, the pages took a very long time to load, took am hour not 35 mins to complete. Cours content Ok I suppose.

Well thought out from impact of poor to correct posture. Going onto how the back is affected and finally how lifting safely in everyday surroundings should use the LITE recommendations. Fully enjoyed this instructional video based tutorial.
