I enjoyed the fact that this programme was practical as well as factual. the presenter at least used tonality to keep things interesting which is very different to other programmes I have taken

Useful and practical advice

We are all responsible for each other, and this is promoted throughout the programme. It is always useful to be reminded of good praxtice and procedure, especially to prevent us from becoming complacent of everyday occurencies in the workplace.

I thought the programme was very well organized, and delivered very well. The sections were adequate and not over bearing, the material was simple to understand and follow.
