Useful and practical advice
We are all responsible for each other, and this is promoted throughout the programme. It is always useful to be reminded of good praxtice and procedure, especially to prevent us from becoming complacent of everyday occurencies in the workplace.

not to bad just wemt on a little to long
I thought the programme was very well organized, and delivered very well. The sections were adequate and not over bearing, the material was simple to understand and follow.
Clear concise, informative, continually tested throughout the programme.
Despite having very fast fibre broadband, the pages took a very long time to load, took am hour not 35 mins to complete. Cours content Ok I suppose.
Very simple to follow, common sense training module.
the explanation before the test is very well to the point and general in a way that anyone can understand. This is a good programme not only for work but for day to day living
