It was of particular interest to me, as I have kyphoscoliosis and need to protect my back when lifting. I did know some of the information already thanks to consultations with physiotherapists. The course had helpful suggestions about when to involve another staff member, etc.
rather useful description and in depth description on what is the correct way (and wrong) to lift both heavy and light objects.
Training assumes that everybody is an idiot,if however you have some common sense go straight to the test to see how you get on then look up if you get any wrong.....
I know how to lift correctly and I will take this into my workplace.

Great, liked the graphics that moved.
enjoyed doing this training, very helpful for work and everyday life.
I felt this training was effective and complemented the practical Moving and Handling training we completed.
