Good use of video, clear and concise presenter, relevant to everyday life. Everyone should view this...ie all school children and then when in work which would increase awareness, remind people and reduce back problems.

5-10 minutes of useful training crammed into 50 minutes.
I found the training clear and easy to follow. The guiding principles were explained well and the video demonstration made it easy to understand. I will use the illustrated techniques whenever manual handling is needed at home or at work.
