This was a helpful introduction to the theory and mechanics of manual handling. It has definitely made me more aware of how to take care of my back when lifting and carrying objects of all shapes and sizes.

It was made interesting by the two examples at the beginning of where bad handling effects both personal and work life.
clear and user-friendly but over the 3 courses there were some unnecessary repeats/overlaps.

The programme was very informative but didn't overload you with pointless information, it provides you with the knowledge you need, in short and manageable sections, allowing you to follow it and learn with ease.
This module imparts the basics of manual handling in a clear and easy to follow way. Each section is broken down into multiple parts which makes the subject easy to follow and ultimately delivers the message intended.
