A few questions repeated at the end but otherwise good.

I was surprised that the female demonstartor wore long trousers (dragging the floor) which I would consider to be a trip hazard, especially if moving backwards with a trolley as demonstrated. Otherwise I found the cotent ot this course to be informative and easy to understand.

excellent refresher on how to lift safely both at work and at home. I will be using these techniques whenever I have to lift objects

Content good but very frustrating to get to test page and get error "Sorry something went wrong etc etc. Error code #6 no valid login" Then when I did reload and do test got 100% and certificate didnt load first time with error screen "A PHP error was encountered severity warning etc etc". Think programmers need some education themselves.

The program will not work on mobiles. Very disappointed.

Saved so much time not having to travel to a training centre, Nice and quick with all the info and great graphics

This helped me to understand more about health and saftey in the workplace.

Better alternative to ones i have previously attended (at different companies) where i spent half a day lifting various objects etc.. infront of others. Handy that you can do it online rather than attend alternative site.
