The course/training is good if you have never undertaken,or just need to refresh on. The course/training is explained clearly.
It is easy to follow and gives useful tips that will be helpful and easy to remember.
Although these courses can be a bit tiresome as we all think we 'know how to do everything', it was still informative and I never felt I was being treated like a child.
Enjoyable, well delivered course which makes you think about how you should use your body correctly on a daily basis to minimise spinal injury.
