Apart from a few numbers relating to load and back stress levels, I found it all rather tedious and was desperate to get to the end. Perhaps it is more aimed at the enthusiastic 17-yr old who has not been in a workplace before, rather than someone like myself who has spent 44yrs in industry!

Too long and stating the obvious/ common sense. Sorry but it was really aimed at children
This training was an update from last year so I did know how to lift packages safely but it is good to have a refresher.
