When you get to the end of a session it's not clear when you take the test. On some occasions I have had to re-do the whole session again because when you click the arrow it takes you back to the beginning.
Excellent learning tool. very professional and informative, and easy to navigate.
Not a bad experience. Totally enjoyed it.
A very informative summary of good manual handling techniques. I like the idea of having the ability to read the text alongside the videos. This helped greatly with the learning process.
The problem with doing Computer based training is that everyone thinks that as you are sat at a computer you are open to chat to and pester, this means that you are constantly dragged away or disturbed during training. Whereas classroom or lecture based training is easier for me to concentrate on.
Easy to follow and understand the right way of manual handling
Enjoyed the easy to use program. Video's were of good quality and sound was clear.
The Manual Handling Training video is 'to the point!' It shows how you should treat any lifting task and gives you excellent advice.
I have completed many Manual Handling courses through my working life though this was my first online course. It was very well presented and easy to follow. However, courses delivered in the workplace by a human being have the advantage that you can consider real manual handling issues, many of which are more complicated than lifting a box of printer paper!
there were probably too many slides/videos for the message thats being put across.
