The training was basically easy to follow, although there were a few synchronisation problems on the videos - whether that is the videos themselves or our systems I don't know. But it was distracting, and I would have found it difficult to follow if I hadn't had the subtitles on.

Easy to follow, common sense and some good tips and reminders.

Although a lot of the programme was common sense, I would be the first to admit that I have lifted/moved items incorrectly in the past, and suffered for it afterwards! Anything to assist you in keeping your body healthy is all good in my opinion. I found the programme to be very interesting and informative.

The course was clear and precise and easy to follow, being able to go back to the course before taking the test was great if you were interrupt like you can be in a busy working environment, a very useful course to use in everyday life as well as work..
