Simple programme, had no issues with same
Although the content was good and clearly explained, I found the functionality very frustrating. After completing the course and going to print my certificate it printed a certificate with my IT managers name on it. What a waste of time.
Very clear and helpful
When doing the test the cursor was too sensitive, just by crossing over the box it highlighted that answer and it thought that was my answer. A little frustrating but luckily I passed!
The programme is short, but well presented. The commentary is very clear and the summary help to memorise for the test. The test is not too complicated and very useful
well organised
This is the third moving and handling session I have done in the last five months. It has taken me 2 hourse to complete due to the constant buffering of the programme. If I have to do on line courses I would rather go to head office, where reception is good and do the whole lot there in one day. By the way it is still buffering.
