It was very interesting and informative. The points and comments raised were clear and very easy to understand and follow. The individual real life examples brought the manual handling issues to life.

Accessible to all and simple enough to understand.

It might be useful to include a few examples of how long individuals have had to take time off work due to back related injury and an overview of other lifing aids that are available aprt from trolleys. eg scissor jacks?

i found the training programme easy enough to complete and the questions were ok. being able to complete the program at work is so much easier than having to go on a course

I had no sound.

Patronising, boring and could be passed without watching any of the videos as you can retake the test, rendering the whole exersize completely pointless

Some people will probably think 'it doesn't matter' 'I'll do it later' and 'I know it all anyway' take the test and surprise yourself!

Found the video informative and reminded me of what I should be doing.

I used to be an active happy member of my team but one day i was forced to take a test online and then made to pick up some heavy objects and now i cant feel my legs.
