Interesting information

The information on your back and spine was very interesdting and explained well how back pain develops. The pictures depicting loads which a woman and man may carry however are a little more confusing and could do with further explanation. regarding some of the loads which were not so obvious, The session was very good for office workers, but I work from my car where lifting and moving bags and equipment is at awkward angles it would be nice to see examples how you might make best of awkward moves ie lifting boxes from a boot.
