Clear and easily understood.
Effective, quick and easy to do
Very useful program
An inspirational, well-illustrated course. The skeleton animations were brilliant - I had not realised the distinction between vertebrae and discs before. I will do my best to try to remember the principles when lifting. I am not so sure about the test: it assesses whether you have been paying attention, but not whether you would immediately put the principles into practice, or whether you will have retained the information in a month's time.
Not to time consuming but obviously well constructed to cover vital points.

I found the course informative and very professional
First up-to-date Manual Handing Training I've had in years. I particularly enjoyed the skeletal demonstration and explanations for how your back is used when lifting. Interesting to know lifting weights and also the lifting ratio.
ONE PROBLEM WITH THE COURSE THERE IS NO PRACTICAL ELEMENT FOR A VERY PRACTICAL TASK.....
