This was a great way to get interactive and learn about the different techniques used within manual handling.

It was very easy to learn and understand the information given and the mini test through out were helpful to retain the information.

Quite generic. Would have been useful to consider specific issues encountered in the health environment.

Actual content was concise and informative. However, I couldn't progress using continue button using google chrome as I couldn't see it, so was quite frustrated. I opened the course using firefox browser where I could complete the training by being able to see and use the continue button. but could not see some of the text. Firefox was a better browser for completing the course. The prompt, about the window size at the beginning of the course was confusing and option proved to be quite useless. I am glad I had firefox browser loaded onto my pc as well as google chrome. 5 stars for content and length. 0 stars for window sizing.

Very informative

Easy to follow and highlighted a few issues that occur but can be resolved through this training

Now that i have done this i feel i leave my employer no option but to provide mechanical equipment to complete the most basic of tasks

All relevant information covered in a clear and concise fashion.
