I felt it was a good training session because I found the mix of spoken, read and tested material well balanced. I also found the spokesperson's voice and accent lent itself well to be able to concentrate and absorb the messages of the training easily.

Not only did it open my eyes to how I move heavy objects but also how I hold myself generally, especially when sitting at my desk in work - posture is very important. Really liked the fact I could complete this training at my desk, and was flexible - I could have completed it all in one go, or over a few days or even weeks.

The training is very effective and gets the message across clearly. Perhaps it could mention at the beginning that it might help to make notes as some of the questions in the test are based on statistics that aren't easy to remember.
