The course was interesting and easy to follow
It was a great video, with clear manual handling guidance. Would perhaps suggest also covering areas such as correct seating posture and monitor positions.
This is a very good training video clearly showing how to lift objects in may ways and positions.
The instructions and guidance were simple and easy to follow. The use of the narrator and video examples helps put the points across.
